In continued opposition to Wall Street fraud, theft, and distortion of the global economy, Occupy DC shall occupy the sidewalk outside Bank of America in a nightly “sleepful” protest.
Bank of America is a particular egregious firm because of its total reliance on the American people for its survival as a company, its outrageous anti-consumer practices, and its ownership of Merrill Lynch, a firm that helped generate the financial crisis and stole massive amount of money through its “compensation” on the way up.
After its rescue by the American people, it deserves to be broken up into hundreds of community banks.
